I work as an existentially oriented psychotherapist, supporting adults who find themselves caught in recurring relational patterns, inner conflicts, or periods of crisis and transition. In my work, I often meet people affected by trauma, emotionally harmful relationships, and experiences of narcissistic abuse, which can leave lasting traces in how one relates to oneself and others.
My therapeutic orientation is grounded in logotherapy and existential analysis, with a strong philosophical foundation. I hold a Masterās degree in Philosophy and am currently completing a doctoral degree, where my research focuses on phenomenology and existential psychiatry, particularly on how lived experience, embodiment, language, and relationships shape psychological suffering and change.
Rather than focusing on quick techniques or surface-level symptom management, my approach is oriented toward understanding how difficulties are embedded in lived experience: how a person makes sense of themselves, encounters others, and forms meaning through relationships, loss, change, and vulnerability. Therapy is understood as a process rather than a linear path of constant improvement, and setbacks are treated as part of the work, not as failures.
I aim to offer a stable therapeutic space in which difficult experiences can be approached without pressure to āfixā oneself. The work is directed toward developing a clearer relationship to oneās own feelings, needs, and boundaries, especially where these have been shaped by past relational dynamics. Over time, this can support a more differentiated sense of self, more realistic expectations of others, and a greater capacity to remain present in relationships without losing oneself in them.
